Read articleReceive useful appointment requests without promising a fixed price for a space you have not assessed.
“Flat cleaning” says nothing about floor area, condition, frequency or materials. A form offering one price and duration for every home will produce inaccurate estimates. An alternative is to let clients book an assessment call or visit, and offer direct bookings only for services with a clearly defined scope.
Separate recurring maintenance, post-construction cleaning and specialist tasks. Explain what each service includes and what needs a personalised quote. State service areas, travel arrangements, time windows and who supplies materials. Give an assessment visit a short duration confirmed by the business. For standard cleaning, assign the team and the time actually needed, including travel.
The client opens the page, chooses the type of work and books an available assessment. The business receives the appointment and contact details, reviews the scope and sends a proposal through its usual process. Once the work is agreed, the team adds it to its calendar. Feny organises enquiries, scheduling and client follow-up; it does not automatically calculate a reliable quote from a service name.
Start with an assessment call and a repeatable service with a precise scope. Check the questions, available times and final message from a phone. Adjust the duration and service area before sharing the link. This lets Feny present the business clearly without creating a promise the team cannot fulfil.
