Privacy notice
How Feny keeps a shared account distinct from each business workspace.
This product notice explains the current data boundaries and request paths. It does not replace a jurisdiction-specific agreement for a business customer.
Version 2026-08-19
Shared account and workspace boundaries
A user account can sign in to Feny and may be a member of one or more business workspaces. Access to a workspace is decided by that business membership and role.
- A client account is not an owner workspace
- Revoked access is excluded from workspace navigation
- Public Marketplace content is projected separately from workspace data
Data used by the product
Feny processes account, booking and workspace information needed to provide the configured product flows. Businesses control their own public business content and operational setup.
- Account details support sign-in and account security
- Booking data supports the client and business booking workflow
- Workspace data is evaluated with the active business context
Roles and access requests
The controller or processor role can depend on the account, workspace and applicable agreement; Feny does not assign one universal legal role in this product notice. A client can initiate an account or privacy request, while a business owner manages access to its own workspace and published business records.
- Use support for a client account or privacy request
- Use the authenticated workspace for business operational changes
- Requests can require verification before a change or disclosure
Requests, retention and exports
Use the protected support form for privacy and data requests. Feny does not publish a universal retention period or a universal export promise on this page; requests are reviewed against the applicable account and workspace context.
- Choose Privacy and data in the support form
- Do not send identity documents through the general form
- Additional authenticated verification can be required before any action
