  1. Describe the available fleet

  2. Set hourly options

    Enable hourly rental, add tariffs such as one and two hours, set the maximum quantity and optional extras. The client chooses the tariff and quantity before choosing a time.

  3. Record handover and return

    The order retains the selected rental options and price. Staff record issuance, then the quantity returned. Returning one of two bicycles leaves the other outstanding.

Questions about this setup

Can I combine bicycles from different locations in one order?

This hourly flow reserves units from one suitable resource. It does not pool stock from different locations or several resources into one rental.

What happens if a bicycle is returned late?

Issued equipment remains unavailable for new reservations after the planned return time until staff record its return. A partial return releases only the returned quantity once the rental is overdue. Multi-day rates and signed contracts are not included.

What should we handle outside the booking calendar?
