Built around your daily work

01

The scheduling problem

Messages about availability interrupt client work. A defined service lets a prospect understand the purpose, duration and format of the meeting before choosing a time.

02

Services clients can understand

Start with clearly named services: Discovery consultation, Advisory session, and Project review. Set your actual prices and durations; these examples are suggestions, not a ready-made price list.

03

A practical workflow

Define a separate duration for each meeting. Add your location or meeting instructions, open your available hours and review client visit history before the next session.

Feny in practice

Give a solo specialist bookable hours without constant messages

“When are you free?” interrupts paid work. A short introductory consultation and a longer working session should be separate choices.

Worked setup example, not a customer success claim. Durations and quantities below are illustrative; adapt them to your business.

How to set it up

  1. Create two clear formats

Example: introductory consultation — 20 minutes; working session — 60 minutes. Explain the purpose, price and what the client should prepare.

  2. Protect your working time

Assign yourself to the services and publish only the hours you want to receive clients. Add breaks and keep project work outside these hours.

  3. Explain where to meet

State the location or the remote meeting arrangements. Send the booking link in replies; arrange video-call access separately when required.

Questions about this setup

Do I need a team to use Feny?

No. You can configure your own services and schedule as a solo specialist. Compare the current plan limits before choosing a subscription.

Is a video meeting created automatically?

This setup reserves the appointment. It does not itself create a video call, a consulting contract or a project workspace. Arrange those separately.

Questions before you start

What can clients book?

Start with clearly named services: Discovery consultation, Advisory session, and Project review. Set your actual prices and durations; these examples are suggestions, not a ready-made price list.

What should we handle outside the booking calendar?

A booking does not create a video call or a consulting contract automatically. Configure meeting tools, project terms and payment arrangements separately.

Can our team also add phone bookings?

Yes. The team can enter appointments in the workspace and keep them connected to the client record. Use the same services and availability rules so offline and online bookings share the calendar.
