Set up your Feny profile and interface language
Find your personal settings, save contact details and a photo, then choose the language you want to use in Feny.
Start here after signing in to Feny for the first time, or when your contact details change. Your profile belongs to your personal account and follows you across organizations. You can use these settings even when no organization is selected. Keep access to your email inbox before changing your sign-in address.
Open your profile and save the basics
Open your account at /user and choose “Profile” in the navigation. The page heading is “My profile”; its direct address is /user/profile. The overview shows your email verification and two-factor status. Those indicators describe your account; editing a field is not the same as saving it.

In “Identity and contact details”, check “First name”, “Last name”, “Email address” and “Phone number”. Enter your own current details.
If you want a photo, choose “Upload profile photo”. Use JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF up to 4 MB, then wait for the preview to update.
Choose “Save changes” at the bottom. Wait for “Profile changes saved.” before leaving the page.
If you changed your email, open “Security” and complete verification for the new address. Sign in again first if Feny requests it.
Choose the interface language
Language is saved on a separate page. From the profile’s “Account controls”, choose “Preferences”, or open /user/preferences. In “Language and time zone”, you will find the language selector. The choices use their own names: English, Español, Italiano, Русский and Українська.

Choose the language you want in “Interface language”. Check “Time zone” separately if you also need to change that preference.
Choose “Save changes” on this page too. Wait for the preferences-saved message; saving your profile does not save preferences.
Follow “My profile” or another account link. The saved interface language takes effect on the next navigation.
Check the result and avoid common mistakes
Return to the profile and check the saved name, phone number and photo. Reopen Preferences to confirm the selected language. A photo preview or the profile completion percentage can change while you are editing, so use the save confirmation as your checkpoint. Personal preferences do not change an organization’s booking defaults.
A disabled “Save changes” button usually means there are no changes, or saving is still in progress.
If the language has not changed on the current page, navigate after saving instead of submitting the form repeatedly.
If Preferences reports a change from another session, choose “Reload”, review the latest values and apply your choice again.
